Bistro at Edgewood Bakery

Edgewood Bakery has recently opened the Bistro which features a new dinner menu available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings from 5:30 -9:00.  Chef Fernando Silvera of 1171 has put together an upscale menu of appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, and of course desserts along wine a selection of beer and wine.  Beers from Bold City Brewery with ice cream from the Dreamette makes for a solid effort to support local businesses.
