I bought my home in Murray Hill about a year and a half ago, and I am pleased to see the progress this neighborhood is making. I can’t even find words to thank you enough for doing this for us.
I’m a renter and wanted to know how to get my landlord to fix up the outside of my house. I do my best to keep the yard nice, but the house needs paint, the roof on the porch fixed and some dead trees cut down. I can’t get him to do these and don’t want him to know I wrote to you. I love this neighborhood and plan on staying here a long time. Help! Talbot Ave
